First of all I have to say The Foam C3 punching bag is a great buy. It has a wonderful feel to it and it rebounds really well. it has a little bit of a rough surface and I would not suggest training on the bag bare-knuckled. You should probably train on the C3 with gloves on due to its rough surface. I actually got a blister on my instep from throwing round kicks on it, “haven’t had one of those in a while”. The C3 does have a tendency to swing around a lot and there's no strap on the bottom to hold it down the floor. The swivel works out pretty well although I fond the bag spinning at times and there is a seam where the foam is not quite covering the striking area. Overall it's real bang for its buck. I would recommend this bag to anyone from the novice all the way to the advance and think it would do very well in a training center and boxing gym.  The C3 Heavy bag would be great for the home as well as a dojo or martial arts studio. I really enjoyed working with it. I think I’m going to get me one to train with.
